Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness, Technology and Innovation
Dr. Mark Green serves as the vice president for institutional effectiveness, technology, and innovation at Âé¶¹Íø. He joined the university in 2019. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, AI, data analytics, assessment, and data governance in higher education.
Prior to joining Âé¶¹Íø Family, Dr. Green held administrative and teaching roles at Drexel University and was recognized for excellence in service and instruction. He has served as a site evaluator for the Middle States Commission on Higher Education since 2016, supporting accreditation and quality assurance across the region.
At Âé¶¹Íø Family, Dr. Green leads strategic planning, institutional research, assessment practices, and technology initiatives that drive improvement and data-informed decision-making. He partners across departments to align academic and administrative operations with the University's mission.
Dr. Green earned his Ed.D. in higher education leadership from Boston College, with a focus on Catholic higher education. He also holds a Master of Science in higher education and a certificate in institutional research from Florida State University.
